We had a wonderful family holiday in this mountain resort. the location was very convenient, with easy access to the nearby ski slopes, and breathtaking views of the snow-capped peaks. Our room was spacious, cozy and clean, with a modern bathroom. the staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. the breakfast selection was great and delicious, offering something for everyone's taste. We also appreciated the free WiFi and the well-equipped gym.

We experienced some noise from the restaurant on the first floor during the night, which disturbed our sleep.

Located near the ski resort, we had a great time during Easter skiing and snowboarding. The food served at the restaurant was delicious and well-prepared, definitely worth trying out. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay more enjoyable.

The noise from the restaurant on the first floor during morning and night was loud and disruptive. we were expecting a small recognition for my husband's birthday, but the staff did not go beyond congratulations.

I recently stayed at a hotel near the sky resort and I must say it was a great choice. The hotel was spotless and well-maintained with top-of-the-line facilities. I was pleasantly surprised that they offer parking and complimentary transportation services for their guests. Moreover, the hotel's location was fantastic making it easy to access downtown and other popular destinations in this city. The staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. To top it off, the breakfast was scrumptious and had a great variety of dishes to choose from.

Hotel Restaurant Alessia in Ranca is conveniently located near the sky resort. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The food is delicious and well-presented. The view from the hotel is breathtaking.

The ski resort nearby is a great plus, and the location is also convenient for exploring the area. It was also nice having a restaurant on-site, and the food was tasty.

The noise level in the restaurant at all hours was distracting, and it was disappointing that the waiter didn't acknowledge my partner's birthday when we mentioned it. the staircases were also treacherous in the snow, and the floors inside were quite slick.
